Meewasin Valley Authority Volunteer Events and Conservation Activities (Saskatoon River Valley)

Volunteer with Meewasin and help care for Saskatoon’s river valley through hands-on conservation and community activities. Meewasin runs public volunteer events twice a month, plus additional pop-up activities that come up throughout the year based on what each department needs most. The work changes with the seasons, so you might be helping with things like spring cleanups and planting, summer invasive species removal, fall projects, or winter indoor support projects when needed. You’ll have staff onsite to guide volunteers and make sure you have what you need to complete tasks safely and properly. If you’re part of a school, workplace, or group, Meewasin also welcomes inquiries about arranging private volunteer programs for teams.
